Does anyone know what this plant / weed is please?

Are the leaves a bit furry? I think it's dead nettle

Blue flower ones look like docs. Does it have one long tail root if you dig it out?

Alkanet. root goes straight down to Australia.

Alkanet. Fucker to get rid of. You'll be digging up its babies for years to come. Nasty slightly prickly leaves as well.

Yes to green alkanet. It's a complete bastard; our garden is overrun with it. It has depp taproots as thick as your arm. I hate it
