Hello I wonder if anyone ever experienced anything similar me and my partner and our baby boy purchased our first home about 6 months ago we didn't find out until we moved in that the garden had right of access for the neighbour upstairs and there is a path that runs through our garden we don't get on with the neighbour as she been there years and thinks she rules the whole
Place we own the ground floor flat and owns the upstairs on it is a converted maisonette anyway we just want to put a panel fence with gate in front of the pathway and across the back
Of her sheds that separate the two gardens one to make it more safe for our toddler and also to make my private for us not sure what she going to say about it as she one of
Life's moaners but it is our garden and we are not blocking her right of access to giving ourselves privacy and so
Our son can get play safely on the garden anyone ever had something similar with neighbours and right of access

Many years ago but it really depends on what your deeds say. If she has a very defined area and purely a route of access you probably can fence off but I suggest you try and work it through with her
