No outside tap but need patio pressure washing

Does anyone know if companies exist that can pressure wash my patio and drive and have they're own water supply (in a tank in a van)? I don't have an outside tap but my patio desperately needs cleaning as its very slippy when it rains and a bit risky when I'm carrying dd. TIA

Can't they connect hose pipe through your kitchen (or loo or bathroom) window and get water supply from there? Or a neighbour?

We've tried 4 different connectors and not work, they burst off and my kitchen gets soaked. Could ask neignbour, I'm just a wuss and daren't!
