What garden plant as Christmas gift ?

I'm totally stuck for gifts for the in-laws. They spend a lot of time gardening, is there a plant that is frost hardy I can buy as a Xmas gift?

I agree with ilove, that particular hellebore is my favourite one. Mine is in a huge pot and is thriving, it has doubled in size in the last 12 months, prefers the really shady side of the garden whereas other hellebores seem happier in a spot that gets a bit more sun.
