Oxalis triangularity

I bought two of these purple plants for a shady and dry area. Being a gardening newbie I didn't realise they are considered a weed and super invasive (understand that's subjective!)

I don't mind if they spread within the bed but my lawn is already fighting a losing battle with so many weeds.

Would you remove them? Thanks for advice

Although they are in the Oxalis family, they won't spread like the common garden weeds. However, they are NOT hardy out of doors, and usually sold as exotic indoor plants, so you might want to rethink leaving them in the garden.

Thank you, I've potted them now!
