Advice needed on how to get rid of this mysterious weed!

Hello,

Please help me to identify this weed and share your advice on how to get rid of this weed in most efficient way it's growing very fast, coming from my neighbour's garden who doesn't really care much about gardening and it's spreading everywhere!

Ok! I figured it out, here they are!

it looks like ground Elder, Aegopodium podagraria, google has lots of links to websites about how to get rid of it

It looks nice, variegated ground elder, is pretty, you can eat it! If you just mow it every week along with the grass it'll go. Please don't use that horrible advertised weed killer. It's bad for the wildlife and human health. Learn to love your weeds! they are only plants where you don't want them.
