Any idea why my tomato plants aren't growing?

I planted three tomato plants two weeks ago in a gro bag and they haven't grown at all!

They look healthy and have shoots on the top but they are still tiny.

I watered them regularly (haven't bothered this week obviously).

It's getting so late I think I have no chance of getting tomatoes now

Only 2 tomatoes on mine to date but there are some flowers still on the go. It's been a disappointing year

Strawberries are not much better. Lots of runners coming off them to put on but not many strawberries
