Any ideas please ? It's as tall as a house

That looks like a rambling rose.There may be a tree underneath it ;-)

It could be Kiftsgate, which is capable of climbing mature trees (much higher than a house), and quite happy to cover four trees at a sitting. Or one of the other vigorous ramblers like Rambling Rector.

Or could it be elder? Can't really see the detail of the flowers in that photo - a close up of leaves and flowers would be helpful.

Need a close up of the leaves and flowers but could be a Philadelphus (mock orange) which I’d more a large bush than a tree
