And I still don't have hellebore, and a million other plants I desire. I think I have a problem!

I have basically started from scratch after clearing out and major landscaping so I needed a lot to fill the space but it still is a drop in the ocean! I have been trying to grow a magnolia from cuttings but they refuse to take. Gardening's expensive Sad.

Do you have any friends who can give you thing when they split up plants in autumn?

I have many many hellebores. I’m always giving them away. Ditto hardy geraniums. Day lilies.

Local fete or plant sale?

My lovely mum has promised me a chunk of her Hellebore in the autumn I think.

I need to avoid fetes and plant sales and all establishments that sell plants for now as I have outdone myself this weekend Blush.

Nice tip for the future though thanks Wink.

Seeds are often reduced now as in 3 for the price of 2. You can grow perennial plants from seed, they may take a year to flower, but it’s very rewarding.
BTW, Hellebores are difficult to grow from seeds, but manage to do it all by themselves in the flowerbed!
