Roses- black spot and aphids

Anyone out there got tips for non chemical control of these two issues? Most of our roses are sufficiently established that it's cosmetic only, but one is actually dying from the combination of the issues...

Black spot occurs more in drought conditions. They best non chemical way is to hand remove the affected leaves and bin them. Try not to let them drop on the soil.
Keep the rose healthy by feeding and watering well.
