Thompson & Morgan order problems

Is it just me? I ordered some bedding from them in March and have had 3 emails saying my orders been sent to me, all different quantities and dates for the one order. These have been in response to my emails asking where my order is. Is anyone else having problems with them? They're usually efficient.

Their service is rubbish at the moment. Looking at their Facebook page, it seems we aren't the only people having a problem.

I've just had to cancel my order. They changed the delivery date to one I was away for, then refused to change it to when I would be here!

Try calling them and asking for a Manager to call you back. They are a lot more more helpful than the reps answering the phones. That worked for me.

Mine have all arrived so far but they keep changing the delivery estimate dates and something just arrived nearly a month early regardless... (and two days before they emailed me it was coming so it was lucky I was in!)

O thank you. I've tried to cancel today, they must have staff or supply problems, glad to know its not just me. Well, off to garden centre then. May your hanging baskets flourish

Sod's Law! Sent my stroppy cancel my order email, plants arrived today and look fine. Fingers crossed for all of you.
