What to plant in terracotta wall pots high up?

I have several grecian style terracotta half pots against a wall, about 12 foot up. They have stayed empty for years but I have now acquired a step ladder so can reach them and want to plant something for the summer. The wall gets good sun throughout the day and I can water easily with the hose.

My initial thoughts:

Trailing petunia: Lovely looking, scented, but needs deheading etc and I don't want to go up the ladder often.

Trailing geranium. Love this one, doesn't need much deheading but doesn't really come back well for the next year.

Trailling rosemary: Nice looking, minimal work but the pots might be too small over time so maybe lack of growth? The pots are about 30cm across.

French lavender: Nice looking, nice scent, minimal work.

Any thoughts as to what might be best?

Bacopa is a great trailer. Flowers forever, tolerates a certain amount of dryness, nothing seems to eat it.

How about erigeron (Mexican fleabane)?

Trailing fuchsia or trailing Begonias.
