Could you get some of that rush/ bambo-ish screening and put it round?
Or maybe some trellis and grow plants up it?

if its the metal shed, then obviously stuff isn't going to be able to cling to it very well but Ivy might - although Ivy can be astonishingly slow to get going. Trellis round the sides and for speed go for Russian Vine (but it is TOTALLY RAMPANT, be prepared to enact sleeping-beauty type scenarios in a couple of years - hmm, nice idea, my Prince Charming would be...)
