Any suggestions for flowers I can sow that will be happy indoors?

Would love to grow a bit of colour inside!

Yesterday I nearly bought a packet of gerbera seeds for use as flowering houseplants, then I remembered that I am supposed to be focusing on my garden right now!! Maybe try them.

Have a look at mamillaria and rebutia cacti- some of them have lovely and very colourful flowers. Probably easier to buy them than grow from seed though, although cacti seedlings are super cute (like little blobs).

Otherwise, look for anything listed as tender as these will like warmth.
