In Scotland Should I bring my chives indoors. Will the frost kill them? They are in a pot outside.

No need. They're a hardy perennial and will be starting to die back about now, and will regrow in spring. They're hardy enough to survive even a Scottish winter!

If you want to try keeping them going through the winter you can bring them indoors but they'll need a lot of sunshine and are unlikely to do well unless you've got a really well situated windowsill.
