Indoor boston fern leaves all falling off

Am upset as it looked so lovely and healthy then all of a sudden it lost loads of leaves and dropped what could be wrong with it? Water it alot and spritz it daily

Is it in a draughty spot?

Last night’s Gardeners’ World had a feature about houseplants and where to place them in the house. Monty used some ferns as an example. May be worth watching it on iplayer if you get the chance.

Stop watering it so much.

Just soak it occasionally from the top, let the water drain out and then empty the saucer.
