Garden waste bags that you pull up like puss in boots

I vaguely remember someone talking about garden waste bags which lie flat on the ground and then you pull them up with a string around them. I don't know if this was a figment of my imagination and obviously they'd be bigger than a puss in boots running away type pack but do these exist?! I so where do you buy them. I've been looking on amazon but they all seem to be standard garden waste bags.

It looks like a sheet when laid out but you could pull it. I remember someone mentioning them or I'm imagining things
