Came across these beauties at the weekend and they have a lovely strong scent.
Must be a type of rose bush but does anyone know the name?
Any help much appreciated!

The flowers look very like my ‘lucky’ floribunda rose bush iv just bought off eBay a few weeks ago. It’s just perking up and coming into bloom it’s a lot smaller than that at the moment but the flowers look the same

David Austin roses have a large nursery near Birmingham, in June they have acres of roses in flower. Its a stunning place to visit and there's even a decent restaurant. Definitely worth an afternoon in summer, rose lover or not.

i have one like that an am pretty sure it's a Dorothy Perkins rose...mine is a mass of flowers but otherwise a big mess of leaves as it is supposed to be a climber but I left it to its own devices.

I'd guess a Gertrude Jekyll judging by the colour and way the flower looks, and that you say it has a strong scent. One of my favourites.

We have a Gertrude Jekyll rose In our garden and it looks just like the one in your photo.
