Do these grow back?

I have 2 sunflowers and a tomato plant.

When they die do I throw them or will they come back? Thanks

Throw them you may be able to get seeds from the sunflower for next year😄

They are both tender and won't survive a winter in the UK.

I thought you could dry the sunflower seeds and either eat them or replant them. I don't know the process but it will be online
