Karcher pressure washer left swirly marks over patio - help!

I've just cleaned my patio for the first time with a pressure washer and it's left swirly marks all over the place!

I used the patio cleaner attachment. The Karcher instructions were pretty useless so I copied a man on a youtube vid!

Does this normally happen? Have I done something wrong? How do I get rid of the swirlies?

This is normal (at least the same thing happened to me). If you have the K2 model you need to go very slowly to avoid this. Your patio looks pretty clean anyway. The swirly marks will fade in a few weeks. You have to be careful with pressure washers on paving to make sure you don't blow out the sand/grout between the tiles.
