Is it too late to buy climbing roses?

Have I missed the boat to buy climbing roses? Finally found time to dig a bed for them the ones I'd bookmarked to buy on various sites are out of stock now. Or much more expensive.

I plant roses in the summer and Autumn, mainly because the nurseries begin to reduce them. They’ve all survived, but not many flowers that year. Water well, feed and by the next year they’ll be covered in flowers.

My first ever rose garden was bought as bare-root from David Austin and Peter Beales' end-of-season sales, therefore instead of spending thousands, I got away with few hundred £. Excellent value Grin.
Planted the lot in stages during May/June and all are still going gorgeously strong. Just dig the holes wide and deep enough, lots of manure, fish-blood-bone and water generously.
