Can someone help me identify these mysterious plants I have. Pics on profile.

The first one I found in a little hidey hole next to our yard. I thought it was dead but I gave it a good water and it came back to life.
Anyway the leaves came out quite early and it seems to be dying off again like it did last year.

The second I took out an old pot. It was only a tiny little 10cm thing in 2005, now its taking over everything!
Have done a close up of that too.

Don't know name but shrub like and I think harmless. See something similar before in MIL garden.

I'm presuming the second is a tree maybe?

plant 2's leaves look a bit like a camelia

plant 1 looks like the stuff that grows in all the hedgerows here, can't remember the name

Wouldnt there have been flowers on it by now though if it was?

Its about 4ft high atm.

maybe it's not got enough nutrients in the pot to flower if it's been there for years?

I cant do anything else with it as we only have a yard.
Its in quite a big pot and it just keeps growing and growing.
