Tree Identification

Can anyone help identify this tree please? It keeps its leaves year round, dropping a few at a time throughout the year. The flowers are white, followed by the red berries. I had thought some type of Elder, but the leaf edges are not serrated.

Maybe Pyracantha? Usually a shrub, but some can grow to tree size.
