Plant identification please

Hi, my neighbour had her garden landscaped a couple of years ago and has subsequently moved. Can anyone identify this plant which is invading over my fence? The leaves fall off over winter and I have yet to see any flowers for the couple of years since it was planted. Thanks.

Possibly wisteria?

I agree - wisteria!

Wisteria takes something like 12 years to bloom for the first time. Could be that?

So quick! I did think it looked a bit like wisteria but was thrown by the lack of flowers. We'll it should look lovely when it flowers.
