This has self seeded all over my garden (or at least I don't recall planting it but I am not the best gardener). Could anyone please identify it for me?

Should have said - there is a prostrate ceanothus beneath it which is the blue (meant to buy a bush not a ground covering plant. ...).

Looks like a variety of Rose bay willow herb. It's considered a weed, I'd get rid of it.
