What colour would you paint this patio furniture?

I can't make up my mind! It has a clematis Montana as a spring backdrop, so I bought a pale pink tester to match. I also tried a darker lavender colour. DP said no to both unsurprisingly

It just feels too dark for me, especially when it's wet. What would you do?

Or if you could be bothered I'd sand it and stain it a warmer brown. Would teak oil work?
