New area of lawn seed or turf?

Hi I need to make a new area of lawn where decking has been removed. It is 2 metres square. Am I best to seed or turf? I've been quoted £118 to turf (it needs top soil to bring it up the the level of the rest of my lawn).

I would turf it unless budget is really tight. Seed can be patchy, take ages to look properly full
