Mystery shrubby thing in my new garden

I'm not a huge fan of it so far, its leaves are a bit weedlike. But there's a lot of it so I'll probably leave it for now.

Does anyone know what it is?

looks like a fairly productive currant to me - hard to know what colour.

I was about to say flowering currant.
