Wasp like pest in greenhouse last year. What was it?

Last year there was a wasp like creature in my greenhouse that seemed to drill through the tops of my chillies (only the thick walled ones), causing them to rot/ drop off.

I'm looking for it online to know what deterrents or traps to get for this year but can't find it. It was smaller than a wasp, a bit like a fig wasp, but brighter yellow. Any ideas (either on what it was, or what to do about it?). Any help appreciated!

Could it be the pepper maggot, Zonosemata electa?
