Hi I am building some raised beds and need approximately 2000l of soil? What is best way of getting that amount without breaking the bank? Do we buy it in bulk or individual bags of 125l?? We are in the uk so we know there will be easter deals.

Try these used selling sites or Gumtree see if anyone is selling compost or topsoil

We bought ours from our local independent builders' merchants. Ours was a bulk bag of 1 metric tonne which cost £65 inc. VAT.

I'd do some investigation about local merchants if I were you. You might get a really good deal and the quality of ours was wonderful.
