How do you keep your lawn and pots alive?

Are the dogs just not allowed in the garden?

Are they trained to use a tiny patch of gravel behind the shed?

Do you have a bucket of water ready to dilute pee at all times?

Watching with interest. Garden totally redone in July, lawn already ruined. Training to go behind the shed failed dismally.

Would also love to know the answer to this.

My main tactic is several short walks, so less need to pee in garden. But it's not exactly failsafe
