I think the leaves indicate it is a wild flower/ weed.
Some are surprisingly pretty.

Isn't it woundwort? Does it smell bad?

If so best whip it out, they are quite invasive.

Yes on reflection it may very well be Woundwort as it smells vile. Thanks for all your help. I shall be getting rid of all of it at the weekend.
