can I plant my annuals?

Do you think it's ok to plant out a load of upright annual geraniums in my pots? I live Nr Milton Keynes

We should be well past the last frost date now, so it ought to be OK to put pelargoniums outdoors. Though given the fact that it was sleeting and hailing about 3 weeks ago, I feel more cautious this year than I normally would. (This is silly, as there is no real reason to be!)
