Acer palmatum 'Azaizura'

Hi,

I've just bought a 2m tall Acer palmatum 'Azaizura' plant in the garden centre and it has lovely leaves with green, white and pink. However I can't find any reference to it at all online, and the closest in Hillier's trees and shrubs is Acer palmatum 'Asahi zuru' which looks fairly different in a google image search.

I wondered if anyone might know anything about the variety that I've bought? It was only £75 for a plant of a size that would have been £350 for Asakazuki, which makes me wonder if there is something unfortunate about it.

Thanks!

I'm afraid I've got no idea, but there's a good gardening website called growsonyou.com where there a lot of knowledgeable people who may be able to give you a clue.
