In our last house there was an absolutely divine plant right by the washing line that smelled simply amazing, and in our rush to move in the middle of winter, I did t even think to take a cutting. I can't seem to upload a picture, but the flowers had four white petals, quite jagged looking, and it flowered from about June til September at a guess. Not very helpful I know. It was quite a tall bush, but it was a very well established garden so could have been there a long time. Can anyone help identify it! I'd love to get another to plant here.

Philadelphus?
