What is this in my pot of bulbs?

I planted lots of different bulbs in containers in 2011 got some lovely flowers the first year. This year I've had a few daffodils and nothing else. I do have a strange plant growing with leaves that look like dock leaves, it's not a very pretty plant I have attached a photo does anyone know what it is?

What is this in my pot of bulbs?

No idea but I like your spotless patio and neat lawn edges!

Looks like some kind of dock to me (a weed). But not 100% sure!

I thought it was a weed as well, but didn't want to pull it up in case it was going to flower.
Have to give my DH the credit for the tidy garden, thanks xxx

OP - move it to a pot on its own, so you can see what it does.

I don't know what it's called, but it may possibly have bobbly pink flowers later. I don't think it is dock - edges of leaves too crinkly?

Thanks I will give it it's own pot and see what happens xxx

BuddingGardener · 23/05/2015 17:52
