Any ideas for colourful flowers that'll bloom in a north facing windowbox

I have lovely trailing ivy to add interest but I need a splash of colour!

I think you'll find tobacco flowers will be fine in a North facing window...but primroses will do well anywhere too.

Pansies in the winter (and summer!) if you like them. Bluebells, most spring bulbs in fact.

Look for nicotiana - I have never seen them labelled tobacco flowers!
