Fights at the fruit, ruckus at the raspberries, blows at the black currants

I overslept and only got to Lidl at 8.50am. There was a woman there buying ALL the raspberries, claiming she had just moved house and had left all hers behind. She only left me ONE under duress. Anyone ever grown blueberriesin this country, my book says you have to plant them in a peat-filled hole because they are acid-loving.

Oooh, blueberries at Lidl? Goddam I lurve blueberries and I bet they have none left now. I think they are related to bilberries which only grow in acid soil so sounds about right.

I grow blueberries in pots in my back yard.

Got some blckberries and there was loads of trees but we haven't got that much room left !
