Can I grow an apricot tree in London?

Just that really - inspired by a recent post on Houzz. I love apricots.

I had one in London but it didn't thrive. Peaches, however, did fabulously well. It could have just been a duff apricot - I would have tried again if I'd stayed in London. Give it a whirl, you've nothing to lose.

Thanks that's good to know. I will give the apricot a try and if no luck, move to peaches!
