Anyone esle got damage from the last 2 days high winds?
I'm kicking myself for not bringing in a small patio table which subsquently blew over into some rather nice flowers which are now rather nice squashed flowers!! argh!

I have brought some of my smaller plants in and taken my hanging baskets down.I am quite p*ed off with the wind as my tomatos were just starting to bring fruit and have had to take them down to try and protect them

Isn't is so frustrating when this happens.
My garden has been fine the last couple of days but we did have some bad winds a while back. I nearly cried when I went into my garden. I am a new gardener and had just spent ages planting up my garden. I was feeling quite proud of it, but went out and things were looking rather bleak.
Still I dont think I actually lost anything (other than 2 tomato plants), and everything has recovered now.

Well weather lots better today so have put my plants back out , not as much damage as I thought and the strawberries even seem to have gone red in the wind !
