Allotment/Vege growing. Can anyone suggest where I can buy a diary/ log book to write what we've planted and dates etc?

DH's birthday at the weekend. He is really into his allotment and loves taking the kids there to help with weeding, planting etc. All he wants for his birthday is a nice looking diary/ log book of sowing so he can write the dates he's planted what rows and when to harvet etc. I can't find anything! Any suggetions please?

Not sure but I think that I saw something like this either John Lewis or RHS website?
