Yes it will. It will have a better growth too.

yep - very difficult to kill it Grin. Will sprout from the bottom and be much thicker than previously.

it will start sprouting straight away - but won't be a hedge again this season Grin

i completely dug up one part of my hedge that looked dead and replaced it, i left the other 'dying' hedge to see what would happen to it, this year it is stronger than ever, could have saved myself alot of money!
