yep - very difficult to kill it . Will sprout from the bottom and be much thicker than previously.

not a good time to do it though, wait until the winter next time

it will start sprouting straight away - but won't be a hedge again this season

i completely dug up one part of my hedge that looked dead and replaced it, i left the other 'dying' hedge to see what would happen to it, this year it is stronger than ever, could have saved myself alot of money!
