Hi

I really want a pond in my garden but lack the knowledge to put it in myself.

I wondered if anyone had had a handyman do it for them and how much they paid?

Thanks!

I put in my own pond, it was very easy but it was only a small wildlife pond. If you want something massive with koi then you'll need something with a bottom drain which you wouldn't be able to do yourself.

What sort of thing did you have in mind?

Just a wildlife pond but I definitely don't feel comfortable doing it myself - admire those who do! I dream of a koi pond but unlikely to happen Grin

Dd dug out a pond in her bit of garden. We lined it with sand and then pond liner. It's worked really well.

It'll be going on a paved part of the garden :)
