So I finally got the shiny brand-spank-new Hayter lawn mower of my dreams. Actually I got it for Christmas, but the lawn's been too soggy to use it.
Today, impatience got the better of me and I got it out of the garage and attempted to hump it up the steps to the top lawn. Oh my effing god, despite a good ten minutes of hoiking and tugging and swearing and pulling a muscle, I could not for the life of me get it up there. Aaaaargh. The roller that is going to make me my lovely stripes weighs a blinking tonne.
So I'm going to have a buy some kind of ramp. Anyone got any suggestions?
