has anyone used Greenthumb or a similar company?

I contacted them and they left a message arranging to visit when there wasn't going to be anyone home (and no access to the garden)

Haven't heard back from them.

Has anyone used them? What did it cost and was it effective?

We have a lawn which needs attention. It's a bit patchy and sodden and has some weeds.
