What are you doing with them, Laurie? Grow bags are. An expensive way to buy compost.

Lidls do them. But I agree, they are an expensive way to do things, need a lot of water and are not v organic.

Tomatoes/cucumbers/chillis - I will cut them in half and put them in my raised beds at the end of the season.

Im out of pots big enough so thought gro bags would be the cheapest.

Ive no lidl near me unfortunately.

My dad's local garden centre does 3 for 2 deals most years.

I'm wondering whether pots from the 99p Store and sacks of compost might work out cheaper for you. And as CuttedUpPear days, it'll probably be better compost than in most grow bags.
