Gentle hillside garden - who to get for proper landscaping/terracing?

Cambridgeshire/Herts border - large area (0.6acre) which we'd like to make more useable with some extra terracing and improving different levels, so soil movements with an eye to good drainage. Most of the companies I find when doing searches are 'landscapers' as in driveways & patios
Any suggestions or recommendations gratefully received x

Look for a garden designer who has experience of level changes/terracing. Try the Society of Garden Designers website for people in your area www.sgd.org.uk/ or just google and ask for qualifications and to see photos of previous work.
