Is it too late to prune a climbing rose now?

I've got a couple of climbing roses in my garden. They're not that rampant (currently about 2ft tall and max height about 10ft I think eventually) but haven't been pruned since last summer because I forgot was worried about the frost getting them during the winter.

They're just starting to put out new growth now. Have I left it too late to prune them? Any advice on the best way to do it?

Not too late, go for it. I'll be doing mine this weekend and I have an RHS qualification!

Oh good, I'll do mine too then Smile

Phew. I'm away this weekend but foresee an early morning pruning session coming on next week! Thank you for the reassurance Smile
