Have an unheated greenhouse - have cucumbers, aubergines, red pepper, plan to have tomatoes and a few chilli plants. What else can I plant? Propagating lots of other seeds at the mo but loads of space.

I envy you your space! How about some herbs?

Melon, squashes, cape gooseberries can all be started now

was going to suggest melon or aubergine. Can also get a good start on courgette, marrows and pumpkins (assuming you haven't got them in your ' lots of seeds' already. Or get some sunflowers going for the kids later

Basil needs to be inside too.

Got wild rabbits on the outside so want to plant as much as possible inside the greenhouse as only have a bit of rabbit proof veg area. Will expand but we have just moved house.

Will try basil. Sunflowers already planted out and thriving!

Will it be too hot to grow other herbs in the greenhouse?
