That's it, really. DP bought me a huge orchid for valentines day and it's infested with Whitefly. How do I get rid of them?

Hi Grockle - you could try Organic Bug Clear, or Provado Ultimate Bug Killer in the ready-to-use spray - if you have a Wilko's near you, they usually stock it there. Read the label to see what they kill, both should clear whitefly, but you will probably have to spray again in a few weeks as whitefly has a very fast reproduction rate, and there are probably eggs on the plant as well.

If you are a bit worried about using it indoors, take the plant outside when you treat it.

Thank you - I was in the supermarket today and they had some spray on offer so I bought that. I was hoping to avoid nasty bug stuff since I have a house full of children but I couldn't stand the white fly anymore. I'll look in Wilkos next time - thanks
